Our most important asset at Melvin Media is our relationship with you and our clients. We are required by regulators, our services, and by some partners to ask for certain information from you. This Privacy Policy details what we do with the information and how we strive to protect it.

Melvin Media LLC (“Melvin Media”, “MM,” “us,” “our” or “we”) is a publishing and investor relations firm for companies wishing to raise capital or improve stock value (“Issuers”). MM publishes this website and Iissuer’s websites (“Sites”) and the Investor Circle Magazine (“IC Mag” ) that permits prospective investors to independently search and invest in securities offerings via the Sites. We collect information from users (“you”, “your”, or “User”) in various ways when you visit our Sites. By using our Sites, you consent to our collection and use of information as explained in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by our Terms of Use. Please note that if you choose to invest in any prospect, project, or offering promoted on our Sites, you may be required to agree to a separate agreement, including, but not limited to, new or additional Privacy Policy or Terms of Use.

Collection of Information & Use of Cookies  
MM collects non-personally identifiable information from users of our Sites (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”) which may include, without limitation, Site pages viewed, websites visited before visiting the Site, frequency of visits, browser type, operating system, organization name, internet connection speed, presentations and videos viewed, time spent viewing pages of our Sites or using certain features of our Site, server location, search criteria used and results, date and time of visits to our Site, and other information which does not specifically identify you. We may also collect and store information, which could include Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, locally on your computer or device using mechanisms such as browser web storage or application data caches. However, not all Non-Personally Identifiable Information and Personally Identifiable Information is stored.

We may use analytics programs and service providers, such as Google Analytics, which can use first party cookies to report on your interactions with the Site. Google Analytics collects information including, but not limited to, the time of each of your visits to the Sites, whether you have visited the Sites before, what website referred you to the Sites, and what pages you viewed on the Sites.
This Privacy Policy does not cover the collection of information by cookies or other methods by such Third Party Services or other third parties, such as our business partners. We do not control how these Third Party Services or third parties collect information or by what means such Third Party Services or third parties may use their own cookies to collect information about you.

MM will use information you provide to us, including Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, to better serve you and enhance your experience with the Site, among other things. MM may also be required to disclose your information, including Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, to other companies or entities in the event that MM may be sold or is sold to another company or entity. In that case, your information, including Non-Personally Identifiable Information or Personally Identifiable Information, may be sold or transferred to such acquiring company or entity.

MM may employ or contract other third parties, companies, or individuals to perform certain functions or services on its behalf. Examples of these services from such third parties, companies, or individuals, may include ID verification, electronic document signing, payment storing and processing, sending postal mail and email, escrow services, disbursement of funds, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and providing customer service. The Sites contains links to other websites and services not maintained by MM. In addition, other websites and services may also reference or link to the Sites. We encourage you to be aware when you enter or leave our Sites, or surf the Internet, and to read the privacy statements of each website and service that you visit. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of, other websites or services.

Unsubscribe/Opt-out Policy
We may at times send you email communications with information, marketing or promotional materials. If you prefer not to receive such emails from us, you may unsubscribe completely by clicking on the link within the email received or by contacting us via the contact page on our website. 

Please also note that transactional emails such as service or termination announcements or payment confirmations which are communications you will not be able to opt-out of.

Social Media Integration
The Service, in numerous areas, may integrate with various social media websites and applications. These may include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Twiter, LinkedIn, and GooglePlus.
